  • Content that violates the rights of others

2.3 System Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Use excessive resources that negatively impact other users
  • Run cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive operations
  • Perform network scanning, port scanning, or vulnerability testing

2.4 Game Server Specific

When hosting game servers, you may not:

  • Host servers that violate game developers' terms of service
  • Operate servers that enable cheating, hacking, or exploiting
  • Distribute pirated game content or unauthorized modifications
  • Host servers that promote or facilitate real-money trading (RMT)

3. Resource Usage

You must use resources in a reasonable manner:

  • Stay within the allocated resources for your plan
  • Avoid excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage
  • Do not use services for resource-intensive operations not related to game hosting
  • Upgrade your plan if you consistently exceed resource limits

4. Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Keeping your server software and applications updated
  • Not sharing your account access with unauthorized parties
  • Reporting security vulnerabilities responsibly

5. Email and Communication

You may not use our services to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Send emails that violate CAN-SPAM or similar anti-spam laws
  • Impersonate others or send fraudulent communications
  • Harass or threaten others through our services

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning and request to correct the violation
  • Temporary suspension of services
  • Permanent termination of account
  • Legal action if necessary

We reserve the right to take immediate action without notice for serious violations, including illegal activities or threats to our infrastructure.

7. Reporting Violations

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
