SkyFactory 4 is one of the best-known skyblock packs. It replaced sieving with Sky Orchards and Resource Trees, so your group chooses what it produces, and it has an advancement-driven progression, over 30 world types, and an optional prestige mode with points that carry across worlds.
The pack runs on Forge for Minecraft 1.12.2 with Java 8, and its latest release, 4.2.4, dates from December 2021. That makes it a stable target for a server. The authors don't publish RAM figures, and hosting guides range from about 4 GB for a small group to 8 GB or more for heavy automation.
